When we create a human being with another human being there is a lot that comes with that. There are traditional ways of approaching co-parenting and there are more progressive ways of moving forward as well. At the end of the day, all parents want their children to be and feel well-adjusted, loved and safe throughout this on-going process.

In order for this to transpire, parents must communicate, understand, and work together as a team to create an environment and hold an intentional space for their children that is in alignment with these goals. Sometimes the emotions and circumstances that initiated the split or the pregnancy get in the way of these goals.

You don't have to do it alone.
